Terms and Conditions

PROMOTION-SPECIFIC RULES:

• Subject to HarrahsCasino.com’s discretion and the terms and conditions set out below.
• Players will be notified of this promotion via the website, email, social media, in-client banner, or other marketing collateral.
• Players must opt in by the date specified in the marketing collateral to qualify for this promotion.
• Promotion cannot be combined with other offers. Limited to one offer per player.

Claiming the Bonus:

• Players must first opt in through the marketing communication to earn leaderboard entries.
• Once a player has opted in, the player will receive (1) point for every Tier Credit earned on the following games during the promotional period: Dragon’s Blessing, Jewel of the Dragon Red Phoenix, Jinse Dao Dragon, Quick Hit Ultra Pays Sun Dragon, and Ultimate Fire Link China Street.
• Players must earn a minimum of 10 points to be entered into the leaderboard.
• Players can earn unlimited points, but qualifying wagers must be made during the Promotional Period.
• No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not improve one’s chances of winning.
• Prizes will be awarded in the form of a casino bonus and distributed to the top 88 ranked players according to the table below.

Prize Matrix:

• The prizes are worth $10,048 in casino bonus. Each player may only win once during the Promotional Period.
• Leaderboard standings will be finalized by Wednesday, February 14, 2024. Winners will be announced by Friday, February 16, 2024.
• Players will be awarded their bonus within 7 days after the Promotional Period.
• Any costs related to taxation shall be the player’s responsibility.
• All prizes $600 or more shall be 1099 reportable and winning patrons shall be responsible for all taxes. In accordance with 13:69O-1.9(n), Caesars Interactive Entertainment accounting/auditing will review, complete, and send IRS tax forms to all patrons that have taxable events for poker and casino games and will release player’s funds once completed tax forms are returned and confirmed.
• Details of redeemed bonuses can be viewed by logging in to HarrahsCasino.com, selecting “My Account” and then the “Bonus” tab.

Wagering Requirements:

• All bonus funds associated with the above promotion are subject to HarrahsCasino.com’s discretion and all terms and conditions.
• Bonus funds will be available on the games specified in the marketing collateral. If not specified, bonus is valid on all games.
• Wagering Requirements on bonus funds vary based on the game type played. Visit http://www.harrahscasino.com/policies/bonuspolicy/ for the contribution rate of each game type.
• To withdraw the bonus funds and any winnings generated from wagers made with the bonus funds, players must wager the bonus amount (the “Wagering Requirement”) 25x on slot games, and 50x on all other games.
• As an example, if you received a $60 bonus, and only play slots, you will have to wager a total of $900 ($60 x 15) to receive the winnings.
• Players have 7 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the day the bonus funds are awarded. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and forfeiture of any remaining bonus amount.
• Making a withdrawal with any funds locked to a bonus or canceling the bonus itself, prior to satisfying Wagering Requirements will result in the bonus funds and any bonus winnings being forfeited.

General:

• Must be physically located within the state of New Jersey to participate in any CIENJ promotion and Wager on any device. 
• Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible. 
• Employees of Caesars Entertainment are not eligible to participate.
• Trademarks used herein are owned by Caesars Interactive Entertainment, LLC and its affiliated companies. All other trademarks not owned by Caesars that appear herein are the property of their respective owners.
• Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• The CIENJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). CIE Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xiii.
• Bonus is not available on deposits made via PayNearMe or at the Caesars Atlantic City Casino Cage.
• If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
